When will my order ship?

Our current processing time is 1-3 weeks before shipment, unless the listing is marked otherwise.

Where is my order?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation e-mail to track your order.  Sometimes tracking takes a few days to update, so please wait 4-5 days before e-mailing us for a status update. 

Can I combine or edit my order? 

Sorry, unfortunately we do not combine/edit orders. Please make sure your order is correct prior to checking out.

What if I forgot to apply my coupon code? 

Once an order is placed coupon codes cannot be added. Please do not leave coupon code in the notes section, it will not be applied.

What if I need to change my address? 

Please contact us immediately at if you need to change your address. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address for their order; if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to change your address or refund you for your order.    

I think my order is lost.

Please wait 10 business days for domestic orders, and 25 business days for international orders before contacting us about lost packages. Weather delays and customs delays can often hold up packages for longer than usual.  After the waiting period, if your package still hasn’t been delivered, you may contact us at and we will assist you. 

Why do I need to pay a customs fee?

International customers are responsible for paying any and all customs fees associated with ordering internationally.  Please make sure you are aware of how much your country will charge before ordering.  We will not refund your order if you choose to not pay the customs fees. 

Please do not contact us asking to change the value of your package on any customs forms, we will not respond to any messages requesting this.
